This Limited Warranty is given to the original
Buyer (the "Buyer") of the furniture. Norka warrants that the furniture
will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use
and service for 12 years from the purchase date. |
| WHAT IS NOT COVERED |
|
Damages caused by improper shipping, assembly,
installation, operation, handling, cleaning, finishing, unusual climatic
conditions, unauthorized modifications, abuse or extraordinary uses of
the furniture. |

Keep the original sales receipt to verify your purchase date. |
| CLAIMS PROCEDURE |
|
The duration of this warranty is limited to claims
made in writing to Norka within 12 years after the Purchase Date. The Buyer
should contact the retailer from which the furniture was purchased with
any warranty claims. If that retailer is no longer in business or the Buyer
no longer lives near that retailer, the Buyer may contact Norka at the
address below. If requested, the Buyer must allow the retailer or Norka
to inspect the furniture and the Buyer must reasonably cooperate with the
retailer or Norka with respect to verifying the warranty claim. If a warranted
defect is discovered, Norka will repair or replace the furniture or furniture
part or return the purchase price to the Buyer, at the option of Norka.
The buyer is responsible for any required shipping to or from Buyer's location. Furniture returned to Norka without prior written authorization will not be accepted. This warranty extends only to the Buyer and is not transferable. IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS TRANSACTION EXTEND ONLY FOR 12 YEARS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NORKA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF BUYER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. |
